What We Love Today

I like to do this each year. It's nice to remember what each of us are all about right now in our lives. Lets start with ......

Andrew

Favorite color: Blue and Green
Favorite book: I don't know. I like them all. (Sidenote: Andrew is now bringing me a pile of books that he wants me to read to him.)

Game: Icebreakers and Superman.

Toy: My wiggle car.

Movie: Swan Princess.

Song: ABCDEFGHI.... and so on.

Breakfast food: Cereal

Dinner: Rice Pudding. (Sidenote: we have never to my knowledge had rice pudding for dinner. Although we do have it for other meals.)

Other kids think that I am: Funny

What do you like about your Mom? She makes us the things that we want her to.

What do you like about your Dad? Going on a Daddy Date with him.

What do you like about Sam? One day he got really excited.

What do you like about Lizzy? She laughs at me when I do funny things.

What do you like about yourself? I do funny stuff.

When I grow up I want to: Be a Dad and a doctor.

I like learning about: school.

I want to go to: Kindergarten.

Other kids think that I am: Good
What do you like about your Mom? She cooks good food for me and she helps me when I'm sick.
What do you like about your Dad? He tries to teach us good things.
What do you like about Sam? He's the baby and I can play with him and he smiles

What do you like about Andrew? He's my brother and we have fun together.

What do you like about yourself? I can help others when I want to.

When I grow up I want to: be a doctor

I like learning about: others

I want to go to: Other countries.

"Can I leave cause I don't like the crying part?" Sam at Graysons Dr. appointment right before the nurse came in to give him his shots.
"Mom I'll bet that I could just rip out a paper and scribble on it and give it to you for Mother's Day and you would still say you loved it." Andrew May 2013

Andrew recently went into the bathroom and nearby Lizzy and I listened to him start emphatically making bird calls and hooting like an owl. When he came out we were giggling and ask him what was going on in there. He explained that he saw an earwig and his birdcalls were to scare it away.

"How many birthdays will it be before I'm old?" Lizzy

"Hip Hip Ooray...Andrew found is uder shoe." - Andrew (after he found his other shoe obviously)
"Squishy cars scared." Andrew protecting his favorite cars during a scary thunderstorm
"Mom go cooking" Andrew trying to get me to leave while he did something naughty.
"It's Jesus Christ Amen" - Andrew referring to a picture of Jesus
"Mom, what was he spelling?" - Lizzy whispering to me during a movie where the character said he needed to do something A.S.A.P.
"Andrew - I'm going to be Cinderella, and you can be my dog." Lizzy
"I have a splendid idea" --Lizzy
"Anrew scared." - Andrews response when I asked him to go wake up Lizzy
"I need a fresh brother" Lizzy
"Spideran, Spideran" A song Andrew wrote about his spider ring
"Grandma thinks I live in a pumpkin patch." Lizzy talking about how Grandma often calls her 'pumpkin'

"Jesus is proud of me... and Santa... and Heavenly Father." Lizzy after leaving a friends house WITHOUT a temper tantrum
"But I want to be by myself WITH you." Lizzy after I told her that I needed to be by myself for a few minutes
"Missmus tee, Missmuss tee, Missmuss tee. . . " Andrew pointing out every single tree at the Washington DC temple
"Mom, do you have your Mexico card?" Lizzy just before we went into Costco
"That man looked like a raisin." Lizzy
"Dasa!!!" Andrew spotting Santa at the mall
"Mom are we out of gas or in gas?" Lizzy wondering why I was idling the car for a few minutes before we left
"Ballerina's don't wear diapers." Lizzy
"Mom, your tongue is soaking green" -- Lizzy talking to me after I'd eaten a green candy
"No no doggie" -- Andrew talking to a dog that stole a PB sandwich right from his hands
"Mom can you pause yourself?" -- Lizzy not wanting to miss any of the story
