Missing the Mountains

I'm missing the mountains today. And also remembering how awesome this hike through Bryce Canyon was. I can't tell you how many people looked at us like we were crazy when they saw us trudging up the steep inclines with 4 babies, a toddler and 4 kids. Hard work, but so worth it.

Thanks, also, for the recipes. My kids love "yogurt popsicles"...I always just by the WF version of Go-gurt, but I bet your way is cheaper. I also think I'll try the pizza rolls for Justin's lunches on mornings when I have too much going on to pack him one.; October 1, 2010 at 2:42 PM

Andrew recently went into the bathroom and nearby Lizzy and I listened to him start emphatically making bird calls and hooting like an owl. When he came out we were giggling and ask him what was going on in there. He explained that he saw an earwig and his birdcalls were to scare it away.
