Step 1: Forget about the laundry, what's for dinner, taking your car in, making dentist appointments for the kids, getting a baby shower planned, cleaning the bathroom, completing your Relief Society Report, finishing your latest craft and all other things on your TO DO list.
Step 2: Go to the park
Step 3: Play with your kids - even if it means racing cars down the slide for an entire hour.
additional note: If you do not have kids you may borrow mine in order to do this simple exercise.

I know exactly what you mean. It is so darn easy to get caught up in life. I loved that talk in conference. Oh, and Abe loves to push his cars down the slide!

Well said. If you live feeling like you have to do everything then you are going to go crazy.
Now THAT is some sound advice. Sometimes it's hard to remember that the laundry can wait.
